The garden in February
Spring is surely paving its way in our neck of the woods. Today I rolled up my sleeves and spent part of the day working in the garden, waking our beds up from winter’s slumber and preparing them for the upcoming season. The excitement of these late winter days is one of my favorite seasonal feelings!
A foraged soup stock
